• Drop-off: Typically between 5:30-6:30 pm

Cancellation Policy:

• Tour date transfers are subject to availability and should be requested within a reasonable timeframe.

• Monarch Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to exceptional circumstances, providing clients with a prompt refund.

• Refunds can be processed up to 28 days before the tour start date.

• Cancellations are subject to a 25% booking and admin fee, with no refunds for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the tour start time.

• Any overnight fees will be retained unless

• Any Ferry crossing with be invoice separately, in the even of a cancelation request this my not be refundable.
